Exquisite Villa On The Lake
This exquisite lakeside villa offers unparalleled luxury and privacy, featuring an array of opulent amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, dual garages, an elevator, a private harbor and a helicopter pad. It is located on the scenic Vinkeveense Plassen, offering stunning water views and direct access to the De Botshol nature reserve and Vecht river.
Originally built in 2001, the villa was renovated in 2021 to align with contemporary standards. Nestled in a serene yet well-connected area of Vinkeveen, it is strategically located just 15 minutes from Amsterdam, 20 minutes from Utrecht and Schiphol, and within 45 minutes of Rotterdam and The Hague. Major highways such as A2, N201, and N212 ensure easy access.
The grand entrance, accessible via a wrought iron gate and anthracite gravel driveway, leads to a spacious reception hall with stone floors, crafted woodwork, white paneling, and a charming staircase. The living room boasts a grand fireplace, with sliding doors offering sweeping views of the garden and lake. Adjacent to the living room is a bright office with terrace access, perfect for a workspace. The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, an island, and a sandstone fireplace. Additional spaces include a utility room, private office, and access to the basement.
The upper floor comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a dressing room, and two terraces. The master bedroom opens to a roof terrace with breathtaking views, featuring an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms also offer ensuite bathrooms and terrace access.
The attic houses a loft, storage space, and a fourth bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. In the thoughtfully designed basement, a wellness area includes a large indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, Turkish steam bath, massage room, and a fitness room. There is also a billiard room, a wine cellar, and access to a spacious garage with room for two cars.
The meticulously landscaped garden features a large terrace facing the water, providing direct southern exposure. The private harbor, with its classic drawbridge, offers ample space for boats, while the property’s parking area can accommodate at least 20 vehicles.
This lakeside villa is a perfect blend of nature, luxury, and comfort.
